Our nuttiest cookie
Pistachio is our newest flavour, and it's become a quiet favourite. We start with a soft jowar dough, fold in generous pieces of pistachio, and finish each cookie with a dusting of toasted coconut. You get crunch from the nuts, a gentle sweetness from the coconut, and that unmistakable green-gold colour.
