Monk fruit millet cookies
Every Twin Bites flavour, sweetened with monk fruit instead of cane sugar. Same millet dough, same bake — for anyone cutting back on sugar.
What is monk fruit?
Monk fruit (luo han guo) is a small, round fruit from southern China. Its sweetness comes from natural compounds called mogrosides, which are far sweeter than sugar — so only a little is needed. It's widely used by people who want to cut back on added sugar.
Why we offer it
Lots of you asked for a lower-sugar option. We already bake on millets instead of refined flour; swapping cane sugar for monk fruit felt like the natural next step. The dough, the chocolate and the pistachios stay the same.
How to order
On the menu, switch any flavour's Sweetener to Monk fruit. It works for one-time orders and for subscriptions.
